Options for filing complaints outside of the court process at the state level

How?

In person, at the offices requesting the corresponding form; by post; electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry.

Who?

Only natural persons.

In which cases?

Complaints about any delay, inattention or any other type of irregularity. Also suggestions for improving the quality of services.

You will receive information about the actions taken and measures adopted within twenty business days.

In which cases?

  • Complaint regarding the violation of any right by a Spanish Public Administration.
  • ⁠ ⁠Not possible for matters in court or for court rulings.
  • Complaint about the actions of an Administration regarding an essential service: need to make a prior complaint to the Administration in question.
