Hello colleagues,

From Almena Cooperativa Feminista We are writing to extend our invitation to the information session 'Childhoods free from institutional sexist violence' within the framework of Observatory of Institutional Violence Against Women (OVIM).

As organizations focused on children's issues, you play a key role in detecting instances of institutional gender-based violence (IGV) affecting children and adolescents in our country. That's why we would love to introduce you to the work of OVIM through this session, where we hope to build strong alliances.

General Information

What will we cover?

  • What is OVIM and how does its collective reporting channel work?
  • What do we understand by institutional sexist violence and what are the patterns identified in our first report (2024).
  • Why is it urgent to make visible the violations of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents.
  • How can organizations working with children and adolescents detect potential cases and securely and anonymously report these situations in the corresponding form?
  • What alliances can we collectively build among those of us who promote projects with a focus on children and adolescents?

Thank you for joining forces to continue putting the protection, needs and dignity of girls, boys and adolescents at the center.

We will send the connection link to the email address provided in the registration form a few days before the session.
